Clearpay is another finance option we have added to our website CM Hair and Beauty Supplies. With Clearpay you can Shop now and pay in 4 interest-free instalments over six weeks. Clearpay is easy to use and secure. 

WHAT IS CLEARPAY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Clearpay is a payment platform that allows you to shop now and pay later which is always interest-free. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks and you will make the first payment upon purchasing. Please note late fees will apply. At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, we will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.

DO YOU CHARGE LATE FEES?

Clearpay only charges late fees if you do not pay on time. The late fees charged are:

• Orders less than £24: Clearpay may charge one late fee of £6 if you do not pay an instalment under a Clearpay Plan by the due date.
• Orders equal to or more than £24: Clearpay may charge a late fee of £6 if you do not pay an instalment under a Clearpay Plan by the due date and a second late fee of £6 if the instalment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. The total late fees that may be applied to an Order are capped at 25% of the purchase price of the Order (before any refunds are applied) or £36, whichever is less. 

All late fees are payable by you at once. Late fees will not be applied until the date after the day that payment is due. You authorise us to deduct payment from your payment method for any late fees when they are due.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

• Are there sufficient funds on your card? Generally, Clearpay look to see the first instalment amount available to spend.
• The length of time you have been using Clearpay
• The amount you have to repay
• The value of the order you are trying to place
• The number of orders you currently have 'open' with them

CLEARPAY APP

The Clearpay app is free to download and is easy to keep track of your payments. With the app, you can stay in control of your finances as you can track upcoming payments and you can also reschedule dates so you can keep your budget in check. Use the app to view all your current and past Clearpay orders as well as your payment history. If you need to be more flexible with your finances, you can change your payment card for future payments - or even pay off any upcoming instalments early - all on the app. Clearpay will send you reminders and cap late payments to help you get back on track.

WHO CAN USE CLEARPAY?

To sign up with Clearpay you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
• Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Have a verifiable and valid ID
• Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed
