CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited operates strictly as a trade-only wholesaler. We do not sell to the general public and do not engage in consumer sales.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods in the course of business, not as a consumer, for the purposes of Consumer Credit legislation or the Sale of Goods legislation. All products are supplied on a trade-only basis and are intended for qualified professionals within the hairdressing and beauty industry.
We reserve the right to request proof of professional status at any time. If we reasonably believe an order has been placed by a non-trade customer, we may refuse, cancel, or suspend the order and associated account without notice.
You can apply for a CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Trade Account if you are a hair, beauty, or barber professional. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are qualified or in training and hold valid professional insurance. Random checks may be carried out to verify qualifications, professional status, and insurance.
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. Any cancelled orders will not be charged.
Professional Use & Responsibility
Customers purchasing from CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited must be suitably qualified and competent to use the products and equipment supplied.
All goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used strictly for their intended professional purpose. CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited accepts no responsibility for:

Any account found to be reselling on these platforms will be suspended and blocked immediately, without notice. This action will be taken at our sole discretion.
Online Account Suspension & VIP CLUB Rewards
Where an account is suspended or blocked for any breach of our terms, including unauthorised resale:

At CM Hair and Beauty Supplies, “Our Aim is Your Gain”. Our Price Promise guarantees you the lowest price available within a 10-mile radius of our store.
If you find the same product cheaper at a local supplier within 10 miles of our warehouse, we will match the price. The offer must be verifiable with written evidence (e.g., advert or flyer). Handwritten offers cannot be accepted.

Special Offers and Discounts
Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice, and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order or application for credit at any time.

In the event of a pricing error that results in an undercharge, we reserve the right to pause the order, recalculate the correct total, and request payment of the difference before the order is dispatched or collected.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, and specifications are accurate. However, these are provided in good faith as a guide only and may be subject to change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

VAT & VAT FREE Promotions
VAT-registered salons and businesses can reclaim the VAT shown on their invoices through their normal VAT returns.
In accordance with legal requirements, VAT is charged on all orders. During VAT FREE promotions, a discount equivalent to the VAT amount (20%) is applied to eligible items in your basket subtotal. This discount offsets the VAT normally payable.

Payment Terms
1. Cash with Order Customers
Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order, unless a credit account has been approved and is active.
2. Credit Account Customers
Payment is due in full within 30 days from the invoice date. Orders will not be dispatched while any outstanding balance remains unpaid.
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited reserves the right to amend credit terms, withdraw credit facilities, accept or reject orders, refuse applications, or close an account with prior notice.
Overdue Accounts
Accounts outstanding beyond 40 days will incur a surcharge of 4% of the gross outstanding amount, applied daily until the balance is paid in full.

Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to orders over £70 (excluding VAT) or £84 (including VAT).
This threshold does not apply to orders placed using a promotional or offer code, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We aim to deliver orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any loss, expense, or additional costs arising from delayed or failed deliveries.
Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability. Any stated delivery estimates are subject to potential delays caused by couriers, transport issues, or events outside of our reasonable control (including force majeure), for which we cannot be held responsible.
Delivery Via Courier
Courier delivery is available for mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, and certain remote areas of the UK may be subject to additional charges depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday. If Monday falls on a Bank Holiday, dispatch will take place on Tuesday.

We cannot accept liability for any loss, expense, or additional costs resulting from delayed or failed deliveries, including delays caused by couriers, transport issues, or events outside of our reasonable control (including force majeure).
Furniture & Equipment Deliveries
Furniture and equipment orders are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, although some items may take 6–8 weeks. You will be advised of the estimated delivery timeframe shortly after placing your order.
Furniture deliveries are made to ground floor, front door access only. Drivers are not insured to carry goods upstairs or into premises.
We strongly recommend that any tradespeople or installers are booked only after goods have been received, as we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to delivery delays.
Local Deliveries
Local deliveries within a 20-mile radius will be charged at £5.95 (excluding VAT) / £7.14 (including VAT) where the order does not qualify for free delivery.
Changes to Delivery Address
Once payment has been taken, delivery addresses cannot be amended by the customer. We are unable to change delivery addresses for orders paid via PayPal.
If you need to discuss your delivery after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
DPD Delivery Policy
If you choose delivery via DPD, please note that parcels will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour as standard. DPD will provide you with an allocated delivery time slot, so please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.
If a delivery attempt is missed, DPD will redirect the parcel to your nearest DPD Pick-Up Shop and provide a collection window. Photo ID is required when collecting your parcel. You will receive notification directly from DPD with the collection address and instructions.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will automatically be returned to us. Please refer to the Failed Delivery Returns section below for further details.
Once a parcel has been returned to us, we are unable to arrange redelivery on your behalf without additional charges.
You may manage your delivery preferences via DPD’s notification system or by contacting DPD directly. However, if you choose to amend delivery instructions and the parcel is delivered in accordance with those instructions, CM Hair and Beauty Supplies cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or missing contents arising from those changes, as this arrangement is made directly between you and DPD.
Where a parcel is returned to us, a return charge of £5.95 + VAT will be deducted from your refund total.
DPD Failed Delivery Attempts
If your DPD consignment is returned to us through no fault of our own, we will contact you to arrange either:

A refund – processed minus the original delivery charge and any applicable return fees. Orders containing special delivery or special order items may also be subject to restocking charges.

Redelivery – the cost of redelivery will be charged at the same rate as the original delivery fee.

Scissors - All scissors are special order items and are ordered directly from the manufacturers after purchase confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to the wide variety of scissors available. We aim to deliver within 10 days of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of any Jaguar scissors.

Simon Jersey Salon Wear - These items are dispatched directly from the supplier, subject to availability. The supplier aims to dispatch within 2 working days of order, with delivery taking a further 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates only. Once received by CM Hair and Beauty Supplies, items will be shipped the same working day. Our courier will aim to deliver the next working day, provided the order meets the daily cut-off; otherwise, delivery will occur the following day.

Sunbed Supplies - Dispatched directly from the supplier, subject to availability. The supplier aims to dispatch within 1 working day, with delivery taking a further 1–2 working days to reach us. Delivery times are estimates only.

Hair Extensions - These items are not kept in-store. All orders are placed directly with the supplier and delivered to CM Hair and Beauty Supplies the following day. Our courier will aim to deliver on the next working day, provided the order meets the daily cut-off; otherwise, delivery will occur the following day.

Student & Training Kits - Certain kit items may be out of stock and will need to be ordered from the supplier. We aim to deliver within 10 days of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
REM Furniture
REM Furniture items are subject to availability and are dispatched directly from the supplier to you. Delivery times vary depending on the item, with larger products taking 4–6 weeks.
Warranty

All REM products include a 1-year warranty, covering the cost of any replacement parts and associated labour.

Some REM products also include an additional 2-year warranty, which covers parts only for the remaining two years.
If you experience a problem with a REM product under the three-year warranty, please contact our Customer Service Team. They can arrange a call with a REM engineer to diagnose the issue.

A £75 call-out fee applies, covering the initial visit and first hour of labour.

Any additional hours are charged at £40 per hour.

Customs
When purchasing goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the goods arrive in the destination country.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions must be unused. We cannot accept used extensions due to hygiene reasons. Unused bundles must not be split, removed, or tampered with.

We cannot guarantee the longevity or condition of hair extensions purchased without our specially formulated Hair Extension Aftercare products, which are designed to protect the hair and Italian keratin bonds. Failure to use these products may cause damage, breakage, or hair shedding.

Incorrect application

Perming, colouring (including purple shampoo), or cutting

Modifying the extensions in any way

Improper use that affects hair or keratin bonds

Extensions should only be applied, maintained, or removed by trained professionals. Altering extensions, such as dyeing, may prevent the hair from accepting colour and void any warranty.
Care Instructions

Use sulfate-free shampoos specifically formulated for hair extensions, or gentle shampoos for colour-treated or damaged hair.

Avoid shampoos containing alcohol or salt, as these can dry out the hair, cause breakage, and lead to shedding.

Avoid baby shampoos, as they strip natural oils, causing dryness and breakage.

Conduct a patch test before applying pre-bonded extensions: place a small drop of glue behind your hair for 24–48 hours to check for allergic reactions.
Hair Extensions Guarantee
Our hair extensions are professionally tested and of the highest standard. With correct aftercare, hair should last for a minimum of 1 month, as stated in our product descriptions. For maximum longevity:

All products are subject to stock availability. Stock levels are displayed on our website; however, if we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email using the address provided during registration.
Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once your order reaches our main server. Please note that the Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based solely on the stock figures shown online.
Force Majeure
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited may cancel or delay delivery of orders if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Cancellations

Non-standard items, such as furniture or special order items, cannot be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Returns, Cancellations, and Substitutions
Occasionally, manufacturers may change product specifications. In such cases, we may offer a similar alternative of the same or better quality at the same price.
We may also supply a substitute product if there are supply issues.
Returns Policy
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited operates as a trade-only business-to-business website and is therefore not subject to Distance Selling Regulations.
We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return goods.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in the original packaging.

Returns of large/heavy items (over 10kg) may incur a minimum 10% handling fee (excluding REM Furniture).

Refunds on special delivery items ordered directly from suppliers will incur a 15% handling fee.

All returned orders are subject to a minimum 5% restocking charge.

Repeated returns may result in future orders being refused at our discretion.

Collections for unsuitable items will incur a minimum 10% handling fee and a £5.95 + VAT per parcel charge.

Clearance Items
All clearance sale items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Furniture and Equipment Items
Most furniture and equipment items are built to order or custom-made. These items are subject to the following additional terms regarding cancellations and returns:

Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed.

Exceptions: In rare circumstances, cancellations or returns outside this timeframe may be considered at our discretion. Any such acceptance may incur a charge of up to 20% of the value of the goods, in addition to the original delivery cost.
It will be clearly stated on the relevant product information page if the item you are purchasing is subject to these conditions.
14-Day Money-Back Service
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in perfect working order, with original packaging, unused and unopened. Items returned without packaging will not qualify for this service.
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and ensuring the item is adequately insured for return.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage, and CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised use of your account. Delivery

Free delivery applies when kits are sent to your College Campus.

An additional £5.95+vat charge applies if delivered to an alternative address.
Non-Delivery

If a kit cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be returned to the warehouse.

A £5.95+vat courier charge will be applied to your account for return and/or re-delivery.

Refunds will be adjusted to deduct any courier charges where applicable.
Payment

Payment is taken in full upon order.

If a payment is declined, a £5.00 administration fee will apply when reprocessing the payment.
Checking Kit Contents

Check your kit immediately upon receipt against the delivery note/invoice.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Kits must be returned in full, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, who must ensure adequate insurance for loss or damage during transit.
