DPD have changed their policy as of 1st June. If the delivery is unsuccessful your order will be taken to the nearest DPD pick up shop. DPD will email you the pickup confirmation containing the date, store address and a pickup pass when the order is ready to be collected. You will need to present this pickup pass upon delivery, failing to do so will result in you not being able to collect your parcel.

Prior to your delivery, you'll receive a notification email and text message to alert you of the time of arrival. If you're not available at the timeslot offered you can click the available links and change your delivery.

If you fail to collect your parcel within 7 days the item will be returned to CM Hair and Beauty Supplies and there will be an additional shipping fee of £4.95+vat payable before the order is resent.

The request for an order to be cancelled will be refunded less the delivery fee of £4.95+vat 

Click & Collect Service

Orders must be placed before 8:30 am for same-day collection Mon - Fri. We are not currently operating on weekends. Please wait for your text message to advise the order is ready to collect before travelling to the warehouse.

Next day delivery is NOT available with any of our Special Order Items! please allow 3-5 working days as these items are ordered directly from our suppliers. You will be notified at our first opportunity if there are any delays or stock issues.

How to order via Click & Collect:

1) Logon to our website
2) Either login to your account or checkout as a guest
3) Add items to your basket as usual
4) Proceed to checkout
5) Complete your name and address details
6) Choose between Delivery or Click & Collect.


Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be processed and an SMS will be sent out confirming your order is ready to collect.


Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible, there may be a slight delay with deliveries due to the high demand our couriers are facing due to Covid-19 and the Christmas period.

What Measures are we taking to protect customers from COVID-19


According to the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), the chances of contracting COVID-19 from an inanimate object are very low. However, we are constantly monitoring the situation (and any official advice issued in connection with the same) and CM Hair and Beauty Supplies are taking sensible measures to protect customers and staff. We suggest you review the WHO website for latest advice in this regard. Specifically, in respect of the threat of COVID-19, additional measures implemented by CM Hair and Beauty Supplies currently include the following:


  • All of our employees have received additional education and training on hand hygiene and we have deployed additional hand sanitisers throughout all workplaces.

  • We are adhering to UK Government guidelines and supporting employees who need to self-isolate for 7 days, should they have any concerns or show flu-like symptoms, have a high temperature or a persistent cough

  • In addition, we are taking extra precautions on reducing any touch and transmission points throughout our premises and workplace.


COVID-19 Delivery Measures


  • In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

  • Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

  • There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

  • Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

  • You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

  • We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue to operate as normal.

  • Hand sanitisers will be available for customers to use when arriving and leaving the store.

  • Click & Collect Service available for customers who choose to minimise risk and contact.
