Subscription & Payment
1) Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month.
2) Annual subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime through your VIP CLUB account:

1) Log in to your account
2) Go to My Subscriptions
3) Click Actions (the 3 dots)
4) Select Cancel subscription

If your free trial has ended and your membership has auto-renewed, your cancellation will take effect from your next billing date. You can find this date under Subscriptions in your account.

If you joined within the last 14 days and haven't placed an order, you can also cancel by sending us a WhatsApp at 07908305903 with your VIP CLUB account details.

1. Make sure you're logged into your VIP CLUB account.

2. Add any product with the  VIP CLUB  badge to your basket as usual – your Reward Points will be automatically calculated at checkout.

3. Your Reward Points will be credited to your VIP CLUB account and ready to use on your next order.

4. No restrictions apply. Reward Points will accumulate on all items displaying the Reward Points badge.

  - You will earn 5 points for every £1 spent 
  x1 Reward point = 0.01p to spend
  
  - Reward points will be rounded down to the nearest £1.00
  
  - You cannot spend your points if your reward points total is less than your basket value.
  
  - Points are calculated based on the subtotal only, not the final order total. Any discounts applied in the basket will be deducted from the subtotal before your points are calculated.
