Our exclusive VIP CLUB Membership is available as a monthly or annual subscription for all Trade customers. Membership is designed to reward your loyalty with access to exclusive pricing, special discounts, and Reward Points every time you shop.

Subscription & Payment
1) Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month.
2) Annual subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date.

Your membership will continue automatically, and you do not need to take any action to maintain your VIP CLUB benefits.

CM Hair and Beauty Supplies is a trade-only website and reserves the right, either at the time of purchase or afterwards, to assess whether a transaction qualifies as business use.

Our VIP CLUB Membership is exclusively available for online purchases only, and benefits can only be redeemed online.

Customers shopping in our retail store are not eligible to join the membership, earn, or redeem points in-store.

Memberships cannot be purchased with PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay or Apple Pay and must be purchased on it's own.

We intend to offer unlimited VAT FREE discounts for the duration of your VIP CLUB membership, but we reserve the right to withdraw promotions/offers without notice.

The promotion will remain unless margins are significantly reduced or suppliers advise us to terminate the promotion on their brand.

We’d love to offer VAT FREE savings and Reward Points on every item, but some products and offers are already heavily discounted or have very limited margins, making it impossible for us to apply further discounts to these items.

Reward Points and additional discounts cannot be applied when a discount code is used. Applying a discount code will override your basket, replace any existing discounts, and remove any Reward Points earned on that order.
