These terms and conditions shall be the only terms of the contract between CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited (Seller) and the purchaser (Buyer). No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing.

Trade Only
CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited operate exclusively as a wholesaler, it does not sell directly to the General Public. It does not deal with Consumer Sales. All sales are to the Trade. By placing an order with CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Limited you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the hairdressing or beauty trade and are for sale on a trade-only basis.

Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or the misuse of equipment supplied by The Seller or injury resulting from accidental misuse by untrained personnel without qualified supervision. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for the products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status and to refuse to fulfil an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade customer.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. The colours of products may vary greatly due to differences in camera/monitor settings; product packaging may also be different from that shown.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. Prices and special offers are correct at the time goods are displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Unless otherwise

CM Hair and Beauty Supplies Ltd accepts no responsibility for the misuse or incorrect handling of hair extensions or any other products purchased through our website. This includes, but is not limited to, improper application, damage resulting from perming, colouring, cutting, or any form of product modification. We are not liable for any injury or damage to hair or skin caused by the incorrect use of our products. Full guidance on application, removal, and aftercare is available on our website and should be followed carefully.

All products sold are intended for use by trained professionals or under the supervision of a qualified individual. Please note that colouring or over-dyeing hair extensions can damage the cuticle and compromise the integrity of the keratin bonds. Due to the chemical processing involved in achieving specific colour tones, particularly in lighter blondes, additional dye or toner may not work effectively and may result in undesirable results.

The use of colour-enhancing or modifying shampoos (e.g., silver or purple shampoos) is not recommended and is done entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise performing a patch test before applying pre-bonded hair extensions. This involves applying a small drop of the resin (glue) behind the ear or on the skin and waiting 24 to 48 hours to ensure no allergic reaction occurs.

The removal of hair extensions should also only be carried out by a trained professional to avoid damage to the natural hair or scalp

Colour Tones
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur between batches. While we do our best to ensure consistency and match shades as closely as possible, occasional discrepancies may arise due to manufacturing limitations and supplier availability. As a result, colours may not always be an exact match to our colour ring.

If you are not completely satisfied with the colour received, you may return the unused product within 14 days for a refund. However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, even if the colour is later found to be unsuitable.

Hair Extension Strands
All of our pre-bonded hair extensions are single to medium drawn, meaning the bundles will contain a mix of hair lengths. As a result, the hair is not thick from root to tip, and some shorter strands will be present throughout the bundle. This is a standard characteristic and not considered a fault.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled while they are still in the processing status and before dispatch. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Cancellations are subject to sufficient notice being provided, and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if a change is required.

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a refund policy, subject to the conditions below:

  • Aftercare products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Hair extensions must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original, untampered packaging. Due to hygiene and public health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any hair extensions that have been opened or used.

Human hair extensions are classified as hygienic products. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns of opened items, as this could pose a risk of cross-contamination or infestation.

Products originally packaged with a golden ribbon seal must be returned with the ribbon intact and unbroken. Any tampering with this seal will void your warranty and make the product non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please ensure you check the hair colour thoroughly before application. If any signs of use or damage are found upon return, the item will be deemed ineligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Faulty Items

We do not accept returns of faulty goods or hair products after 14 days from the date of delivery. If you believe an item is faulty, you must contact us immediately so that one of our customer service specialists can assist you. In our experience, approximately 95% of issues can be resolved with proper aftercare advice.

If you remove the hair extensions or attempt to return them without first contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

For orders within 14 days, if the issue cannot be resolved through aftercare guidance, we may request that the item be returned for full inspection and testing.

For orders over 14 days old, we are still happy to offer free expert advice, but we will not accept the product for return or refund.

Delivery
Please note that hair extensions are ordered directly from our suppliers. If your basket contains any hair extension products, your delivery method will automatically upgrade to DPD Special Delivery, and the relevant charge will apply. These items are excluded from our Free Delivery offer.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 3–5 working days. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delivery times are provided in good faith and should be considered estimates. We cannot accept liability for any costs or losses arising from delayed or failed deliveries.

Dispatch times may vary based on stock availability and are subject to potential delays beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, supplier issues, or force majeure events.

Delivery Via Courier
Only valid on orders within mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. For the same-day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday & 12pm Fridays. If the order is placed after 12pm Friday your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday. If a Monday falls on a bank holiday then the order will be out for delivery on Tuesday. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

All local deliveries within a 20mile radius will also be charged at the same rate of £5.95 ex VAT (£7.14 inc VAT) if the total value doesn't qualify for free delivery

Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. We are unable to change your delivery address on orders paid by PayPal.  If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made, please speak to a member of our Customer Service Team on WhatsApp 07908305903.

DPD Policy
If you choose to have your parcel delivered by DPD, please note that parcels will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. DPD will send you an allocated time slot for your delivery, so please ensure you are available to accept it.

If a delivery attempt is missed, DPD will redirect the parcel to your nearest Pick-Up Shop and provide a collection window. Please note that photo ID is required to collect your parcel. You will receive a notification from DPD with the collection address and instructions. If the parcel isn’t collected within this timeframe, it will automatically be returned to the sender for processing. For full details, please refer to the Failed Delivery Returns section below.
Unfortunately, once the parcel has been returned to us, we’re unable to request a redelivery on your behalf.

You can manage your delivery preferences through DPD's notification system or by contacting DPD directly to specify your instructions. However, if your parcel is delivered according to your specified instructions and it goes missing, is damaged, or has missing contents, CM Hair and Beauty cannot be held responsible, as you have opted into this service directly with DPD.

A return fee of £5.95+vat is charged to the sender, which will be deducted from your refund total. 

DPD Failed Delivery Attempts
If your DPD consignment is sent back to the sender through no fault of our own, we will communicate with you to either refund or redeliver. A refund will be actioned less the original delivery fee, and in some cases, you may incur restocking fees if your order contains special delivery items. For a redelivery of your order, you'll be required to cover the cost of the redelivery. This will be the same cost as what you originally paid for your delivery.

6) Choose between Delivery or Click & Collect.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be processed, and we’ll send you an email confirmation when your items are ready to collect.

Important Notes:

Our next-day delivery is not available for Special Delivery Items. Please allow 3-5 working days as these are ordered directly from our suppliers. If there are any delays or stock issues, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Always wait for your Ready to Collect notification before visiting the store.
